We work to keep the information on this website useful and current, but it is provided for general information. A service description, estimate, or inquiry form does not by itself create a client relationship or guarantee availability, a particular price, result, or delivery date.

Project engagements

Every client engagement is subject to a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement accepted by both parties. That agreement sets the actual scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timeline, revision process, responsibilities, and any project-specific terms. If it conflicts with this page, the signed project agreement controls for that engagement.

Before work begins, both parties should identify who will provide content, approvals, access credentials, and other materials, and confirm that they have the rights needed to use them. Any third-party software, hosting, advertising, or other services may have separate terms and fees.

Intellectual property and portfolio

ANNEX retains rights to its pre-existing tools, methods, and materials. Ownership and permitted use of project-specific work, source files, and licensed third-party materials are set out in the applicable project agreement. Do not copy, republish, or use site content, branding, or media without permission or another valid legal basis.

This website may link to or use third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices; ANNEX does not control their availability or content. Your use of them is your responsibility.

Availability and liability

We may update, suspend, or remove website content or features.
