Your cookie choices
Essential local storage remembers your privacy choices. Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement and the Trustpilot review widget are off until you allow them. Choosing “Reject optional” leaves both optional services off. You can revise or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings in the site footer. Choices are stored in this browser for up to 180 days.
Google Analytics is provided by Google and may process usage information such as page interactions and device/browser details when enabled. The Trustpilot widget contacts Trustpilot to display its review experience when enabled; its service may receive technical request information. Their own privacy notices apply to their services.

Browser restrictions or Google Analytics settings may shorten these defaults. Trustpilot controls its own storage when its optional review widget is enabled.
Contact requests
If you submit the booking form, ANNEX receives the name, email address, and project notes you choose to provide. When configured, the site sends those details to ANNEX’s inquiry inbox using Resend as its email delivery provider. They are used to respond to the request and follow up about the proposed work. If secure email delivery has not been configured, the form offers a direct email-app fallback instead.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information in project notes. Inquiry details may be processed by service providers in countries other than yours. ANNEX keeps inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your rights and questions
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email support@annexbd.tech. We may need reasonable information to locate the request and verify it.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site keeps optional analytics and external review content disabled.
Updates
We may update this notice when site features or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
